Our client is a local company in Scientific and Medical industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Operations Specialist to join their Operations Team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central area – easily accessible.
Duties of Operations Specialist:
- Manage customer queries, purchase orders, and efficient delivery coordination.
- Generate accurate invoices, address claims, and oversee sales returns.
- Handle customs clearance for exports and imports.
- Ensure precise inventory management in the system.
- Adhere to regulations governing order processing.
Requirements:
- Diploma in related field
- Relevant experience
