Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Formulate and recommend policies, objectives and long-range plans to ensure the most effective operation of field sales activities. Disseminate and ensure compliance with approved policies, objectives and plans.
• Prepare annual/quarterly budgets and assist Marketing Department in preparation of key marketing strategies, sales forecasts by product and district. Supervise the development of sales estimates, review and approve forecasts.

• Report on operating results, comparing actual performance with budget and established ‘objectives’. Recommend and implement corrective profit action as required.
• Participate in and, where appropriate, initiate investigation and planning associated with market development (new restaurant built, image enhancement, relocation), restaurant design/layout and equipment evaluation.
• Ensure that all customer communications are promptly and accurately handled and that appropriate and timely actions on customer service problems are taken.
• Liaise with and ensure that all service functional areas provide required support to restaurant operations in achievement of the Department’s objectives (Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Shop Development, Training, and Quality Control).
• Plan and direct changes in staffing and reporting relationships in conjunction with Human Resources Department. Lead, motivate and develop current operations workforce in order to achieve the Department’s objectives. Ensure that all personnel fully understand their accountabilities and that they have the authority and expertise to achieve them.

1. Oversight of business inventories, stocks and supplies.

2. Assist manager with operational issues.

3. Handle complaints from clients and find solutions.

6. Work closely with the team to complete projects.

• To be responsible and accountable for the day-to-day supervision of all assignments.
• To conduct announced and unannounced visits to all assignments at least once a week
• To monitor and ensure all security personnel are carrying out their duties at a high quality level and are reaching the client’s and the Company’s expectations.
• To motivate all security personnel so as to achieve and fulfil the agreed service level of contractual requirements.
• To be responsible for the deployment of staff to all posts to ensure the site contracts are filled by accurate headcounts and by suitably qualified personnel within expectations.
• To be proactive to liaise with the site Supervisors (if any) for the deployment and settlement of the manpower problems within the assigned cluster.
• To liaise with clients regarding Site Operating Procedure. To ensure all staff is knowledgeable and well trained to perform all duties in accordance with the customer’s / contract’s requirement as well as the Company’s expectation.
• To assist with the scheduling and arranging of training and refreshment excises to all staff in order to maintain legal requirements and quality of service level.
• To deal with internal and external client complaints, incidents and any irregularities. Submit relevant reports and corrective action plans
• To implement agreed formulated corrective action plans.
• Execute disciplinary action in order to ensure staff members do not violate the Company regulations and policies.
• To assist with staff evaluations and appraisals.
• To be proactive to arrange and participate regularly in ad-hoc meetings with clients in order to maintain a good business relationship with the clients. Submit relevant meeting minutes with proactive recommendation (if any) or improvement plan for approval or take appropriate actions.
• To be proactive to plan on the subject of the site manpower and discipline control.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree from a recognized institution.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
• Experience in Security Operations preferred
• Positive mindset and strong initiative in continuous improvement a must
• Good interpersonal skills with good verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work independently
• Class 3 Driving License
