Key Responsibilities

• Prepare/check Charter Party, Addendum etc., and ensure proper documentation is in place;

• Negotiate with port agents and service providers for best possible prices, appoint and instruct port agents, weather routing and other service providers as required.
• Check DA / invoices and liaise with relevant parties on cost reimbursements / payments.
• Provide prompt support to internal and external parties.

• Diploma / Degree in Maritime transportation or related major.
