The Operations Specialist will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day procurement tool-support related operations. This position involves coordinating various operational activities, optimizing processes, and ensuring efficient workflow. You will be working closely with the Telenor business units and driving standardization by leveraging all tool features. The role requires you to consider avenues for continuous improvement. Main Responsibilities:

Process Management:

• Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualification and SkillsRequirements

• University degree in Procurement, Finance, Analytics or Business Management
• Up to 2 years of professional experience in related field
• Experience in designing comprehensive user training content. Must be adept at creating clear, concise, and visually engaging instructional materials.

Job Scope:

The successful candidates will be involved in the operations of the assigned process plant units involving work in the field and at the control panel:

• Perform field patrolling to monitor site conditions and take corrective actions to ensure safe and smooth plant operations
• Perform frontline trouble-shooting to address deviations, improve plant reliability & process safety
• Prepare equipment for maintenance and re-commissioning activities

As the HR Business Partner to Global Operations Director, he/she will drive HR strategies for Global Operations - aligning with business objectives, supporting organization growth, and enhancing operational effectiveness across the regions. 8. People Management + Collaboration with Site/Global HRs:

• Manage and develop site HR teams across the 8 manufacturing plants, providing leadership, coaching, and support to ensure high and consistent performance.

• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous development within the site HR versus the Global HR teams.

• Support and guide site HR teams in addressing local challenges and fostering a unified global HR strategy.

• Works with HR COE and drives implementation and communication of key HR processes and new initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Degree in any discipline or HR certifications preferred.

• Experience: Min. 15 years of experience in regional HR, with operations-focused roles is a must

• Skills: Strong strategic, communication, and project management skills. Demonstrated ability to successfully drive initiatives in a matrix environment and work at all levels of the organisation.

• Stakeholders management: Ability to build a wide network of relationships and manage senior

stakeholders

• Travel: Willingness to travel internationally (20-30%).
