The Operations Executive reports to the Admin/Ops Manager. He/She leads a team of Operations Assistants and assists the Admin/Ops Manager:

To be the interface between the centre and the outsourced with regard to all operational matters of the centre.

To oversee and manage the centre's health and safety, and security policies and measures.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Operations

a. To attend to all security, health and safety, and safeguarding related incidents in the centre.

b. Coordinate and communicate with internal support functions such as IT, HR and Finance.

c. Deliver consistently good customer service including inquiries, and complaints at all times.

d. Oversee day-to-day operations of the centre to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

e. Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve overall operational efficiency.

2. Health and Safety

a. To be conversant with the centre's Health and Safety policy.

b. To conduct periodic checks/inspection on the centre environment and/or facilities in order to provide timely feedback and rectificaion of issues derived from the checks/inspection.

c. To work closely with the Facilities team to rectify issues that impact the health and safety of students and staff.

d. To assist in reviewing the centre's safety system periodically.

e. Any other duties or tasks as assigned by the Administration Manager and/or Chief Operating Officer.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of work experience in operations related fields of work. Prior experience in a school environment is an advantage.
• Minimum of Diploma Certificate, or equivalent certification in operations related courses.
• Have experience in managing and leading an operations team.
• Good leadership and command and control. Possession of strong management skills is an advantage.
• Good command of English, both oral and written.
• Team player with positive, cheerful, helpful work attitude and initiative.
• Capable of independent and committed effort, with good organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/ IT Skills is essential.

The Director of Sales and Marketing leads the team to increase revenue from room sales. He/She works in achieving sales revenue targets as assigned. He/She writes, carries out and monitors revenue plans to achieve objectives. He/She finds new opportunities for the team to meet sales targets. He/She stays in contact with all clients to bring about client satisfaction.

He/She makes sure deadlines of projects are met. He/She assesses situations and plans solutions. He/She has to track competitors' activities and assist in gathering market intelligence. He/She also oversees all marketing and communications initiatives. He/She works in line with the property's vision and goals. He/She boosts property brand awareness to ensure a competitive edge, while maintaining strategic partnerships with external stakeholders.

Besides managing the department's budget, he/she plans training for the sales team within the marketing budget, and by company standards. He/She has to work with Division and Department heads to resolve any operational issue/challenges. Finally, he/she has to abide by all company policies and ensure that these are implemented within the team.

> Marshalling - Move pallets / roll cages from outfeed station / holding area to the assigned marshalling lane using electric pallet truck

> Consolidation - Merging pallets with low carton quantity

> Do RFID/barcode scanning using a RF scanner

> Operate electric pallet truck, training will be provided

The Sales Operations Intern will work closely with Regional Head of Artists and Labels Success, SEA/AUNZ/JP, to support various initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, optimizing processes, and enhancing overall sales performance.

1) Collaboration with Regional Head:

• Report and work closely with the Regional Head of Artists and Labels Success, SEA/AUNZ/JAPAN, who will serve as your mentor.

• Engage in collaborative projects with the Data Analytics APAC Manager to contribute to various initiatives.

2) Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Assist in gathering sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Generate regular reports on key sales metrics and performance indicators.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry, lead & opportunity tracking within Salesforce.

3) Sales Support:

• Assist Regional Head of Artists and Labels Success in the creation of sales presentations, and other supporting materials.

• Support the sales team to address inquiries and provide necessary information.
   

4) Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with other departments, including Go-To-Market, Learning and Development, and more, to ensure alignment of goals and processes.
