We are seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to oversee multiple coffeeshop outlets, ensuring seamless operations and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. This is a highly demanding role that requires frequent travel, weekend work, and a hands-on approach to management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Oversight:
• Oversee daily operations of multiple coffeeshop outlets, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all locations.
• Develop and enforce operational standards, policies, and procedures.
2. Team Management:
• Recruit, train, and manage outlet managers and staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans when necessary.
3. Quality Assurance:
• Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
• Conduct routine checks to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
4. Financial Accountability:
• Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability for each outlet.
• Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to improve revenue and reduce expenses.
5. Market and Customer Insights:
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Gather customer feedback and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
6. Travel and Flexibility:
• Mandatory travel within and outside Singapore to oversee operations, attend meetings, and explore growth opportunities.
• Work on weekends, public holidays, and irregular hours as required to meet operational needs.
7. Crisis Management:
• Quickly address and resolve operational issues, staff disputes, or customer complaints.
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years in operations management within the food & beverage (F&B) or retail industry, with experience managing multiple outlets.
• Skills:
• Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
