Operations/Production Process Management

● Learning and performing various tasks in all production processes.

● Track production data, and enhance operational efficiency.

● Plan and ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards.

● Implement and manage quality assurance measures and processes to maintain product consistency and meet regulatory requirements.

● Provide daily progress and updates on any discrepancies in on-site and off-site review meetings with the Production team and management.

● Perform routine preventive maintenance on production equipment, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.

● Conduct root cause analysis on machine breakdown and minimize operation downtime through initiating machine improvement and corrective action in the production lines.

Internal Stakeholder Management & Cross-functional Collaboration

● Collaborate with Customer Service and Sales Team to meet customer requirement.

● Support OEM production together with production team for product development.

● Collaborate with the QA Department for Root Causes Analysis, Corrective and Preventive Actions as necessary.

Supply Chain Management

● Sourcing and ensuring quality of raw materials for production.

● Monitor and manage inventory levels, coordinating with procurement to ensure an adequate supply of raw materials.

OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE (AIRFREIGHT)______

Vinflair Logistics (S) Pte Ltd is a local forwarding agent incorporated in year 2006 specialize in air and sea freight. The company had been well established and is expanding locally and internationally.

Our services include freight , transportation, clearance, local handling with cargos like garments, perishable goods, ship spares, fish, flowers and etc. In addition, we do have allotment from certain airlines which enables us to be more competitive in the market.

Requirements :

- Min “O” Level

- Proficient in MS Office

- Good interpersonal skills, responsible and hardworking

- Relevant working experience preferred

- Able to multi-tasks and meet deadline

- Positive attitude and self motivated

- Mature and able to work confidentially and independently

- Able to work during overtime or on weekends if needed

Responsiblities

- In charge day to day airfreight operations including issuing airwaybills, printing of labels, labelling of carton boxes

- To prepare and submit of permits

- Ensure cargos are uplifted in time

- To coordinate with warehouse staff on cargos delivery

- Submission of CCN and sending of pre-alert to agents

- Pre-lodge documents to terminal website

• Monitor inventory and procurement processes to minimize waste and maintain cost efficiency.
• Enforce compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Analyze sales data and operational performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflows and meet production targets.
• Address customer feedback and implement solutions to improve the overall customer experience.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to drive promotions and enhance sales performance.
• Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring profitability and cost control.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with company policies.
