Job Summary:

The Operations Manager (Commercial and Environmental) is responsible for providing the overall direction of the organisation within the guidelines set up by the board of directors or a similar governing body. Job Requirements:

1. Perform daily periodic checks of Central Kitchen to ensure compliance to in-house GMP/GHP standards, SOP, Product Specifications, etc.
