Responsibilities

Client Engagement

• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and current clients, responding to inquiries via email, phone, and in-person consultations.
• Understand client goals, needs, and challenges to recommend suitable training programs.
• Provide detailed information about course content, schedules, fees, and learning outcomes.

Guidance & Support

• Assist clients in the enrollment process, including registration and payment procedures.
• Advise clients on course prerequisites, certifications, and career pathways.
• Offer support and follow-up to ensure clients are on track and satisfied with their training experience.

Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
• Gather client feedback to improve course offerings and service quality.
• Maintain a database of client interactions and preferences for future engagement.

Collaboration & Administration

• Work closely with the marketing and training teams to align on client outreach strategies and program updates.
• Keep accurate records of client interactions, enrollments, and payments in the CRM system.
• Support the organization of promotional events, open houses, and information sessions.

Requirements

Educational Background

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Education, Healthcare, Social Work, Business, or a related field.

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in client advisory, customer service, or a similar role.
• Experience in the education, healthcare, or community services sectors is an advantage.

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Ability to analyze client needs and match them with appropriate solutions.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Description

Global Banknotes Operations is a business unit within Global Banking Operations. Global Banknotes Operations is unrivalled in the scale and scope of the locations that it operates from with multiple locations in the Europe, Americas and Asia / Pacific. The Global Banknotes Operations business unit in APAC is a small team of people with the main place of work being a remote vendor location away from the main Bank of America offices. The team are an integral part of the end to end operations fulfilment production line and part of a much larger Global team that support the Banknotes Operations business. The APAC Banknotes business at Bank of America has been attracting investment in the product and continued growth in the client base. This business growth has had the incremental effect of establishing the need for additional employees and responsibilities to be required.

Individual contributor role that demonstrates leadership qualities. Ensures quality service and effective and efficient operations support for the assigned area’s internal business partners and/or external customers/clients. Performs all the functions required at the Sr. Ops Operation analyst and typically acts as a workflow coordinator and/or a subject matter expert. Able to prioritize and distribute daily work to meet deadlines and goals. Demonstrates a good working knowledge of the processes and procedures and the ability to identify and implement process improvement opportunities.

Job Description:

• Responsibility to ensure the efficient day to day operation of the Global Banknotes Operations outsourced vault facility. Functions include onsite vendor management, managing daily transaction fulfilment duties, managing transaction discrepancy process, reporting and analysis of workflow & procedural adherence.
• Provides guidance to employees within business regarding procedural, technical and/or operational changes. Incumbents have full working knowledge of operations environment acquired through experience in an operations environment and on the job training.
• Able to accommodate rotational shift duties or evening hours as per business needs
• Working Location: Offsite location - Kakit Bukit

Required Skills:

• At least 2 years working experience in fields such as supply chain management, shipping and transportation, imports and exports, and commercial bank operations, etc.

1. Logistics Planning - Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency. Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, including transportation and warehousing. Analyze and forcast demand to ensure timely delivery cost optimization.
2. Operations Management - Oversee daily logistics operations, including inventry management and distribution. Manage fleet operations and optimize routing for cost effectiveness.
3. Vendor and Stakeholder Coordination - Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and transport service providers. Negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective solutions.
4. Compliance and Reporting - Ensure adherence to local regulations for transportation. Prepare and present logistics performance reports to stakeholders. Maintain accurate records of shipments and delivery schedule.
5. Team Leadership - Recuit, train and supervise logistics staff. Foster culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Monitor team performance and address operational challenge effectively.
