You will be part of the Customer Service team and will be supporting the management of our Call Centre service provider to deliver outstanding customer experience to Scoot’s guests.

Responsibilities

Call Centre Operations Management

• Support Manager in the operational matters of the Call Centre and work closely with the appointed vendor to ensure that agreed service levels are met and maintained
• Support Manager to manage the Call Centre operations processes and procedures and identify gaps/ key areas to improve in order to achieve better performance of the Call Centre
• Monitor Call Centre Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) / Dissatisfaction (DSAT) scores weekly and work closely with the appointed vendor to identify root cause of customer dissatisfaction and ways to improve customer satisfaction

• Proven expertise in asset servicing, specifically in corporate actions management across products (Securities, Mutual funds, Alternatives)

• Solid operations corporate actions knowledge and experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics or other related disciplines

• Strategic thinking with the ability to implement very large projects across multiple legal entities worldwide.

• Strong ability to design operating models, including the control framework, using previous experience in asset servicing (i.e., Corporate actions, Income, Proxy, and Class Actions) and understanding the details of a process.

• Highly disciplined, a self-starter, and able to execute assignments independently and autonomously

• Strong ownership with the ability to operate in a flexible, dynamic environment where creative and strategic thinking are required in driving solutions, initiatives, and projects

• Strong team player with excellent communication skills, able to build strong rapport with peers

• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure to meet deadlines

• Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills
