Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee the operations of the establishment.

• To ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency within reconciliation and to alert management to any control weakness and appropriate actions required on a timely basis.
• To understand and review existing end-to-end operational processes to identify inefficiencies and possible improvements & liaise with various internal and external parties to implement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end process for group orders, including order intake, fulfillment, and billing.
• New Kiosk/ Stall/ Restaurant backend setup support - facilitate backend setup for new outlets, including applications for cost centers, licenses, accounts, and system access.
• Handle departmental billing, oversee incentive submissions, and maintain inventory control processes.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes to ensure clear communication and follow-up.
• Monitor and track key performance metrics to support operational efficiency.
• Organize and support food tastings, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Develop, update, and maintain master databases and contract records for operational continuity
• Perform daily administrative and clerical tasks to ensure smooth departmental operations.
