Key Responsibilites

1. Design and develop creative digital solutions in partnership with the brand and sales team including:

• Evolve look and layout of e-commerce brand and campaigns pages
• Design new marketing campaigns based on multi-brand executions or existing brand design codes
• Develop simple, social-ready short videos and motion graphics (e.g. animated GIFs)
• Banner adjustment (resize, change a copy on existing banners)

Requirements

• Degree in Graphic Design or similar fields
• A portfolio based on 1-2 years industry experience that will be assessed on creative excellence, storytelling, problem solving and technical mastery.

Responsibilities:

• Design new test programs for 1st silicon validation of new product/technology startup which provides very important feedback for the appropriate groups responsible in refining the devices' quality and performance.
• Develop and maintain test programs of Micron NAND products to cater to customers' specifications, device performance characterization needs and analysis of customer returns.
• Optimize test programs by applying more efficient testing methods to reduce product test times and manufacturing cost.
• Automate test process by writing software scripts to improve work efficiency.

• Prepare and review the company’s safety technical regulations and operating procedures, and supervise their implementation.
• Frequently visit production sites and teams to identify unsafe issues with equipment, propose improvement measures, and supervise their implementation.
• Lead the investigation and analysis of technical accidents in production, provide conclusive opinions, and propose preventative measures from a technical perspective. Cooperate with investigations of personal accidents, provide necessary technical information and preventive measures.
• Supervise the maintenance of various production technical records (operation logs, operation records, equipment defect records, equipment maintenance records, etc.).
• Organize operating personnel to diligently implement the “Two Tickets and Three Systems” policy, frequently conduct operational analysis and accident simulations, guide shift personnel in handling accidents correctly, adhere to the principle of “Four Non-Overlooking’s,” and report to relevant leaders in a timely manner.
• Organize monthly inventory checks of waste storage, warehouses, and materials.
• Complete other tasks assigned by company leadership, personally participate in or oversee relevant department personnel to ensure completion.
