Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Level 2 Network Engineer to manage and support enterprise network operations, ensuring network reliability, security, and performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in network infrastructure, incident management, and troubleshooting, with a focus on network security and project support.

Key Responsibilities:

Network Operations & Support:

Monitor, configure, and maintain network devices including routers, switches, and firewalls.

Handle incident management, service requests, and change management processes.

Ensure network infrastructure security by applying ACLs, NAT/PAT, and VPN configurations.

Project Support:

On your day to day:

• Handle multiple projects and provide network design and deployment support from project initiation to closure.
• Follow Citi network standards and configuration templates to prepare Network Design Documents (NDD) and submit for review and approval. Create Build Packages that includes implementation plans, test plans and network changes.
