Essential Requirements

•Relevant selling experience or hands-on implementation/architecture experience (in vendor, partner, customer or SP).
•Ability to engage with and influence key customer decision makers, from CIO level to enterprise architects, application owners and development teams, as well as LOB functions working down to the Private Cloud teams, bridging the gap between the customer ITSM and DevOps cultures.
•Knowledge or certification in ITIL, TOGAF or similar qualifications.

Responsibilities

· Responsible for professional handling of customer enquiries

· Provides quotation on products selling & solution to best meet customers’ needs

· Follow up of quotations and order coordination to establish high level of customer satisfaction

· Collaborating with marketing team in products promotion and conduct market research in related segments to improve sales

Industry Experiences (Any one of these industry):

· Familiar with the Industrial Equipment manufacturers, Industrial Automation market or Factory Automation and Environment monitoring, Transportation and Surveillance.

· Familiar with the Applied and Embedded Computing markets e.g. Equipment makers, Smart Cities, Surveillance, Military, Edge Analytics, Retail and Logistics fields.

· Familiar with the Self-Service Kiosk Equipment Builders, Point-of-Sales S/I, Logistics application such as WMS, Fleet Management, Vehicle Mount Terminal etc.

Requirements

· Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree, in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

· At least 2 years of corporate sales experience in the Industrial PC, Embedded Computing and Industrial IoT. Strong technical aptitude and good business acumen.

· Self-motivated, analytical, team player and able to work independently

· Bilingual with good communication and presentation skills

· Engineers or individuals with good computer hardware knowledge who wish to go into sales field will be considered for Inside Sales Engineer.

Job Description

• Perform system configuration, testing, and commissioning of integrated audiovisual and videoconferencing solutions
• Collaborate with inhouse teams and engineers from different manufactures like Samsung, BOSE, Crestron, Extron, Poly, Logitech, etc to deliver fully integrated solutions for venues like meeting rooms, lecture halls, experience centres, command centres, auditoriums, ballrooms, etc.
• Analyse schematic drawings to understand technical and functional requirements for each solution implement
• Conduct end-user training sessions on the implemented solutions
• Assist in providing after sales services and support

Requirements

• ITE/ Diploma in IT, Engineering, or Audio Visual related fields
• Certification in CTI-P101, CTI-P201
• Must have minimum 2 years of experience in System configuration, Testing & Commissioning for Audio Visual solution
• Experience in Crestron, Extron, AMX, Kramer automation programming
• Experience in some of the products like Videowall, LED & LCD Display, Digital Sound Processor (DSP), Amplifier, Speaker, videoconferencing, Audio Visual Switches
• Experience in similar renowned AV brands like Samsung, Crestron, Extron, BOSE, Ev, Poly, Cisco, Logitech, etc

• Support IT systems such as Applications, servers, printers, desktops, network, telecommunication (telephony) and other IT supported systems in customer site at Kerteh Plant
• Manage and resolve IT logged/reported incidents/requests and identify corrective actions to support operational integrity of the systems.
• Perform daily system maintenance and administration tasks, O/S, security, antivirus or any required patches.
• Responsible to protect system & data integrity from unauthorized access.
• Monitor and report on status and capacity of server performance/storage.
