1.7 Assist centre manager in planning for emergency response plan including fire safety management, pandemic plan and etc

2. Administration

2.1 Familiar with clients’ referral, registration and other administrative procedure

2.2 Overall supervision on clients’ billing, subvention claims, application procedures, etc

2.3 Liaise with internal and external auditor in all audit matters

2.4 Ensure accuracy in accounting entries. Provide monthly reconciliation reports to HQ Finance

2.5 Perform sourcing, evaluation of quotations and seek approval for purchases

2.6 Process other administrative process such as centre petty cash claims, clients’ billing and refund procedures, etc.

2.7 Maintains fixed asset records.

3. Transport Management

3.1 Provide general support to the transport team on any administrative related matters

3.2 Assist in supporting daily transport operations of SPD’s vehicles and outsourced vendors

3.3 Manage SPD vehicle fleet maintenance and liaising with the HQ team for scheduling for servicing.

4. Others

4.1 Responds in an emergency situation.

4.2 Other administrative duties as assigned

B) JOB HOLDER REQUIREMENT

1.1 Tertiary education with at least 5-year working experience

1.2 Experience in running social services/ healthcare centre operations advantageous

1.3 Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel preferred

1.4 Knowledge of ERP (Microsoft Dynamic 365 Business Central) and Microsoft Dynamic 365 CRM will be an advantage

1.5 Proactive, meticulous, effective problem-solving skills, possess good communication and interpersonal skills and a good team player

Summary:

Job Description

• Understanding of Project Specifications, construction drawings and to ensure that all site activities comply with the regulations and client’s requirements
• Monitor site works to ensure the method statements and work procedure are strictly followed.
• Competent in carrying out supervision of structural works by identifying any non-conformity of contractor’s work site
• Ensure the Builder (incl. technical supervisors) executes the work in accordance to Consultant’s instructions
• Check drawings for discrepancies and highlight to Consultant, suggesting possible solutions to prevent delays
• Conduct quality inspections and quality control of materials used for the project
• To ensure proper documentation of site inspection records, safety records and approved /as-built drawings
• Maintaining and updating site records on progress of work, housekeeping and preparing reports
• Verify the contractors’ progress payment, claim in terms of work done and materials/equipment delivered and stored on site
• Witness all the inspection, testing and commissioning sessions performed by the contractors to ensure compliance with designs and specifications
• Report to project QP / Project Consultants Team on quality and progress
• Supervision of demolition of basement/foundation, ERSS construction and all other design works
• To manage & coordinate with the site supervisors (incl. RTO) with respect to C&S engineering works, architectural and M&E engineering works
• Possesses a complete understanding of local requirements, especially to comply with BCA's criteria for build-ability and safety assurance system
• To carry out regular site checks on Builder and ensure compliance on health and work safety in accordance with MOM
• To attend site, progress, variation and coordination meetings.

Requirements:

• min. Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in supervision of Hospital and Architecture work
• Resident Engineer Certificate accredited by IES / ACES is a must, candidate without RE certificate need not apply
• Conversant in statutory code and requirements
• Good team player with strong interpersonal and communications skills essential

• Experience in isolator devices (capacitive-coupler or optical-coupler) and photodetector-associated circuits will be an added advantage.
• Experience with sigma-delta modulators and IO drivers will be an added advantage.
• Good working knowledge of relevant analog IC design and simulation tools (Spice or its equivalent)
