Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Data Science or related field
• 5+ years Product Engineering or Yield management experience in Semiconductor manufacturing or related field
• Able to work independently, creatively and as part of an international team
• Solid understanding of basic statistics (i.e. 6 sigma)
• Some programming experience (C#, Python, SQL, MS Office, ML, AI, etc.)

Support the project team in planning, scheduling and coordinating the civil & structural works (site).

· Manage on-site construction works and documentation

· Assist in overseeing engineering deliverable and multi-disciplinary works in order to meet project quality requirements.

· Ensure that on-site construction works are carried out accordingly to local regulations and requirements and meet project quality requirements.

• Act as a client representative mechanical design engineer for JTC and various ministries for the development of building and infrastructure projects
• Formulating the project briefs for consultant tender

We need an experienced Electrical Engineer in 3 years.· Responsible for all aspects of underground work including cable pulling, installing instruments & threaded rods; install CMS, trunking, tray, ladder rack, confined space entry, small power, and lighting, terminating, and gladding SWA. Examined installations and observed operations to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications, and provided technical assistance to field personnel in the areas of high voltage distribution equipment and high voltage motors/generators.

Responsibilities:

• Offer technical assistance to clients through phone, email, and chat channels to resolve issues related to our digital solutions.
• Identify and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network problems, collaborating with the development team for resolution.
• Monitor application-related alerts and provide proactive services.
• Escalate complex issues to senior support staff or developers and ensure timely follow-up on resolutions.
• Plan and implement strategies and configuration changes to ensure optimal quality assurance for all applications.
• Create and update technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Participate in testing new digital solutions and features.
• Provide training and support to clients for effective use of our digital solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance digital solutions and ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
• Previous experience in technical support, preferably in a software or SaaS company.
• Knowledge of programming languages and Linux Operating System is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of web-based applications, mobile applications, and APIs.
• Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.
• Knowledge of networking concepts and ability to troubleshoot networking issues.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work varying hours to support clients in different time zones.
• Willingness to attend onboard vessels/sites.

Job Scope:

Reporting to the Operation Manager (OM), the candidate will assist him in supervisory function as well as carrying out the following duties:

- maintaining the security and safety of school premises and property;

- operating school burglar alarm system;

- operating school auto lightning warning system;

- resolving school traffic movements;

- ensure operations department’s projects or works are completed timely;

- being the security OIC under the school emergency structure;

- assist OM in managing the contractors and to ensure that the contractors abide to the Workplace Safety and Health Act (WSHA);

- working with school Managing Agent and contract cleaners on the maintenance of school cleanliness and hygiene.

The candidate will also assist OM in:

- periodic stock check of the stores for health, emergency and safety equipment and other logistics;

- logistics support for school activities, excursions and functions;

- any other administration / operation duties assigned.

The personnel shall sign an Undertaking to safeguard official information

Requirements:

- Good communication and inter-personal skills;

- Preferably with Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) Career Readiness Certificate (Operations Level) or equivalent;

- Preferably with three (3) years frontline Customer Service experience;

- Minimum five (5) years experience with proven track record in security and operations field, or equivalent;

- Physically fit and mobile;

- Relevant work experience in security and operation with a MOE school is advantageous;

- Preferably with a Security Officer’s license issued by Police Licensing & Regulatory Department (PLRD);

- Preferably with five (5) years of Supervisory and leadership skills to manage a group of security guards and contract cleaners, in the absence of the OM.

Contract Period: From 1 Mar 2024 to 28 Feb 2025 (Option to Extend to Feb 2026)

Salary: $2200 - $2315 /month

Working Arrangement:

(Both School Term and School Holidays)

During School Term (non-school holidays): Mondays to Fridays 6:30 am to 4:00 pm

During School Holidays: Mondays to Fridays 8:00 am to 5:30 pm

Inclusive of 1-hr lunch break (Mondays to Fridays).
