Your Role
We are looking for an experienced LOGISTICS OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE to loading & uploading the daily warehousing activities. You will picking & packing of products.

What Will You Do

-Start working at 3am daily

-Working in coldroom environment

-Loading and unloading of frozen food products

-Picking & packing of products

-Maintain and update inventory records

-Assist stock check and inventory

-Any other ad hoc duties assigned by Manager.

What Do We Want

-Min GCE 'O' Level & above.

-At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in warehouse management.

-Independent and fast learner with a positive attitude.

-With Class 3 license.

Other than being the key logistics provider for NTUC FairPrice and its subsidiaries, we had serviced the Dairy Farm Group, Royal Ahold Group (since exited from Singapore Markets) and many small supermarket chains since our establishment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be a key member in the Industrial Engineering team that is responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain process and ensuring that it is optimized to maximise efficiency and cost-effectiveness. This role will support the team in analysing and optimising warehouse automated systems to improve warehouse operations efficiency and capacity, as well as handle related continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Analyse, improve the process and systems within the supply chain, in a way that fosters collaboration, communication and continuous improvement to optimize the entire supply chain process.
• To articulate practical recommendations for business requirements and demonstrating an ability to address pain points & issues.
• Engage and partner with key stakeholders and operators on automation projects to ensure successful implementations by understanding stakeholders' requirements and vendor capabilities.
• Utilise industrial engineering principles to develop and implement best practices for warehouse operations optimisation.
• Conduct time and motion studies to identify bottlenecks inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement in the warehouse processes.
• Utilise data analysis tools and software to generate reports, analyse trends, and make data-driven recommendations for process optimisation.
• Provide training and support to operations on new processes, equipment and technologies to ensure successful implementation
• Any other adhoc duties and projects as assigned

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering/ Automation or any other related field.
• Proven hands-on experience in industrial engineering, preferably in warehouse or distribution center setting
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Prior hands-on experience in modelling/simulation tool is desirable.
• Experience with time studies, methods/work study and/or other performance analysis methodologies.
• Good organizational, problem-solving, analytical mindset and skills, and able to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders from different hierarchy levels with the ability to drive achievement of objectives.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in warehouse environments.
• Candidate must be comfortable with rotating shift work

• Work location: 5 Joo Koon Circle (The position might be required to travel locally to other distribution centres / warehouses for business needs)
• Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8:15am - 5:35pm (will move to rotating shift cycles in future)

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design and develop electronic circuits for battery chargers and control gear for LED lamps.
• Perform product certifications and approvals with local and overseas testing authorities.
• Develop and implement test plans to ensure product quality and reliability
• Introduce new products into mass production.
• Design, develop and produce test equipment for mass production testing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
• Good understanding of Analog electronics principles.
• Experience in electronic circuit design (preferably in power electronics).
• Experience in manufacturing of any electronic products will be well regarded.
• Ability to plan, organise and timely execute assigned tasks.
• Self-motivated, meticulous and able to handle various tasks at the same time.
• Good communication skills, able to interact with all levels
