Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least ‘O’ Levels/NITEC/Diploma in any field, preferably with hospitality or WSQ training for PGEMS. Past experience in field work and operational settings will be an added advantage. Entry level candidates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm and composed when dealing with difficult clients
• Possess the initiative to complete tasks and is meticulous, with an eye for details
• Class 3 driving license preferred

Duties of Retail Operations Manager:

• Good knowledge and experience in C++ on Embedded platforms (e.g. QNX, Vxworks, Embedded Linux).
• At least 4 years’ experience in object-oriented software development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Take lead operations and sales departments in teaching the use, maintenance, operation and repair of equipment and fixtures;

Ensure equipment and installations are functioning and ready as planned;

Ensure the quality of storage hardware, plumbing and heating equipment meets safety requirements and standards. (oxidation matters)

Plan and maintain spare parts inventory;

Responsible for emergency drills and situations related to equipment and installations;

Any other ad hoc duties assigned.
