Job Scope :

Assist in the conduct of various engineering project management activities.

Preparing engineering reports for internal and externally.

Requirements:

Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

1-2 years of relevant experience in project management or electrical engineering

Proficient in MS Word/Powerpoint/Excel

AutoCad Skills is an advantage

Good people and communication skills is an advantage

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assist the PM in overseeing the construction activities and progress, planning, implementation, and monitoring work schedules
• Review drawings, plans and change orders to verify the structural integrity of materials and designs, and perform complex calculations and use modelling methods
• Participate in the initial planning and bidding processes, including reviewing environmental factors, government regulations, constructions costs and risk analysis reports
• Prepare & submit shop drawings, materials and necessary documents to consultant for approval
• Ensure progress in accordance with the schedule, quality standards are maintained, site inspections are carried out and technical/drawing issues are resolved on time.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure site safety and prepare safe work procedures with safety personnel.
• Organize & deploy resource/material for project, attend site matters & complains related to project sites

Qualifications and Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience with Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by PE Board
• At least 3 years of experience in construction supervision for building / HDB project

Responsibilities:

• Directs and coordinates engineering activities concerned with development, procurement, installation, and calibration of instruments, equipment and control devices.
• Determines conditions under which tests are to be conducted, and phases of test operations.
• Coordinates operational, functional and performance phases of tests.
• Analyzes and interprets test data. Prepares technical reports of for use by engineering personnel.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor degree in Computer/Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• Experience in soldering and electronics gained during studying or working.
• Basic working knowledge with Windows and/or Linux OS like Ubuntu.
• Skilled in Python scripting.
• Experience with OS installation, assembly and debug of laptop/desktop systems would be an advantage.
• Programing knowledge on Python or C++ is an added advantage
