You are expected to work with our client to ensure IT Support Services are delivered based on agreed service level definition, much to the satisfaction of both customers & company. Managing customer’s expectation is part of your job scope, which required of you to work closely with external & internal project team members. You are expected to be a fast learner, to acquire technical implementation skill as and when needed due to business requirements. You need to have a strong analytical and problem-solving skill, so as to excel in supporting our customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor condition of server, apps and security measures
• Identify, log and resolve technical problems of the scope (Incident Management)
• Ensure that work is carried out within agreed service levels (Service Request / Incident / Change / Patch Management)
• Respond to site to troubleshoot, diagnose and rectify faults
• Liaise and coordinate the recovery of systems
• Identify potential changes and system improvements for consideration and implementation (continuous improvements)
• Create, maintain and distribute reports of progress to service delivery manager.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Good knowledge of windows operating systems, Clusters, NLB, or Unix
• Good knowledge of OS Provision, hardening and patching.
• Good knowledge of Solarwinds, Manage Engine.
• Good knowledge of AV solution such as Symantec.
• BMC Control-M
• Good server experiences like AD administration & basic networking experiences
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in infrastructure support is required for this position.

SOFT SKILLS:

• Self-driven and must be effective in working both independently and in a team setting, with minimum supervision.
• Good problem solving and logic skills
• Good communication skills (verbal and written) in English
• Excellent customer management skills

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline from a recognized institution.
• Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) foundation certification

Responsibilities

• Solely in-charge of operations of all our dialysis centres to enhance the experience and quality of patient care.
• Work closely with management and teammates to ensure smooth running of dialysis centres.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of all hardware and software, equipment and inventory of medical consumables, ensure they meet the quality assurance standards and requirements.
• Vendor management and ensure timely supplies of consumables
• Ensure smooth processes in reviewing and admission of patients.
• Ensure high operational efficiency in the company, troubleshooting of operational facilities
• Participate in quality improvement/management initiatives/projects as well as support in achievement of clinical KPIs.
• Be highly involved in the business and operational expansion plans of the Company
• Prepare and consolidated operational reports for international reporting.
• Oversee and provide guidance of a team of administrative and operational staff
• Additional operational related support as required by the company

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years' experience in a healthcare environment. Experience in bio-medical background would be a great advantage
• Possess strong interpersonal, communications and problem-solving skills
• Able to demonstrate an ability to work independently
• Resourceful, possesses good analytical and organisational skills, strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
• May occasionally be required to work outside office hours due to operational requirements.
• Able to provide strong support for new M&A and business development projects.
