Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of structured cabling projects
• Monitor the day-to-day activities in the field, managing the flow of information, and reporting and tracking issues arising from progress, quality and safety
• Assist in completing the handover plan, ensuring documentation is completed and expectations are met on time and with quality
• Identify issues proactively and work with the team to resolve effectively
• Maintain and develop strong relationship with customers with direct interaction with focus on improving customers’ perception of service, quality, on time delivery, responsiveness, and problem solving.

We are looking for a skilled and motivated DevOps Cloud Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud infrastructure, automation, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD). You will play a critical role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud environments to support our applications and services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cloud Infrastructure Management:Design, deploy, and manage scalable and secure cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).
   Implement best practices for cost optimization, monitoring, and performance tuning.
   
2. Automation and Configuration Management:Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
   Automate provisioning, deployment, and scaling processes using tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
   
3. CI/CD Pipeline Development:Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.
   Ensure seamless code integration and automated deployments to cloud environments.
   
4. Monitoring and Logging:Implement monitoring solutions using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
   Configure logging and alerting for cloud-based applications and infrastructure.
   
5. Security and Compliance:Ensure adherence to cloud security best practices, including identity and access management (IAM).
   Perform vulnerability assessments and implement solutions to address findings.
   
6. Collaboration and Support:Work closely with development teams to ensure smooth integration between application and infrastructure layers.
   Provide on-call support to resolve cloud-related issues.
   

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, or similar).
• Strong understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes, ECS, or EKS).
• Experience with Git and version control systems.
• Solid knowledge of networking concepts and cloud networking.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Administrator, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect).
• Familiarity with serverless architecture (e.g., AWS Lambda, Azure Functions).
• Knowledge of database services (RDS, DynamoDB, Cosmos DB).
• Experience with hybrid or multi-cloud environments.
