Sales and Marketing (30%)

• Coordinate, implement and support the promotion and marketing (through marketing collaterals) of the Centre’s training courses, programmes, seminars and workshops
• Prepare periodic sales, marketing, financial reports and any other reports as may be required
• Work with Head for new business proposals including costing & budgeting for courses, training programmes, seminars and workshops
• Update clients’ records and attend to sales enquiries
• Assist in the planning and preparation of RELC International Conferences, exhibitions, road-shows, meetings, and official functions, including physical arrangements, at the Centre or overseas

Key Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Business / Marketing or related discipline
• Preferably 2-3 years in a Business Development/Sales/Operations role from the education & training sector. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Race promoter Singapore GP Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic individual to be a key member of the Race Operations team for the Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix.

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day office and administrative operations, including sourcing of suppliers, management of inventory, and procurement. Job Overview:
The People Specialist will be responsible for a range of HR, payroll, and administrative functions to ensure the smooth running of operations. Key Responsibilities:

Operations and Administration:

• Recommend or participate in developing new payroll-related procedures and policies; assist with implementing changes within the payroll system.
• Assist with preparing increment letters and salary-related documents as part of the HR operations.
