Job responsibilities:

• To perform general administrative duties related to the day-to-day operations, including phone/email queries from clients
• To manage daily transport operational duties and ensure all activities are carry out within schedule
• To review schedule and routing when needed, in the most cost-efficient manner
• Take ownership and resolve any urgent or critical issues escalated by the Client or team
• Liaise with drivers and customers to ensure that the job runs smoothly.
• Handle vehicles inspections, customer's complaints and drivers problems when in need
• Work closely with Client to support investigation and service recovery process
• Incident and accident investigation and report writing when required.
• Regularly update and feedback to immediate supervisor / manager.
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the management from time to time
• Able to work with mechanic to resolve issue arises with regards to the fleet

• Support qualification and setup of new materials, recipes, and system applications.
• Identify and implement process improvements for future requirements.
• Conduct equipment and material validations (IQ, OQ, PQ methodology).
• Source suppliers, qualify specifications, and estimate costs for projects.
• Support new business projects and implement technologies.
• Train and build technical capabilities within the department.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or Process Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year to 2 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of manufacturing systems (e.g., CAD, ERP) and workflow simulation tools.
• Experience with statistical process control and applying ISO standards (ISO13485, GDPMS).
• Understanding of end-to-end processes in manufacturing and supply chain engineering.

• Coordinating and leading design consultants.
• Supervising design consultants and design engineers.
• Reviewing outcomes of design consultants.
• Assessing the risk of geological hazards and ensuring any factors affecting engineering works are identified and managed.
• Preparing reports for management to check design progress and identify risks.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of geotechnical engineering experience.
• With a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the PE Board, or a qualification acceptable to the Commissioner of Building Control as eligible for application as a Resident Engineer. Alternatively, a recognized degree in the relevant field subject to the acceptance of the Engineer.
• More than 5 years of experience in Design and working on LTA projects.
