Job scope and responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of all the bread outlets
• Develop, update and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) across outlets.
• Lead, supervise, and support outlet managers and staff.
· Conduct recruitment, training, and of new staff across the outlets
· Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.
· Manage work schedules, performance evaluations, and resolve workplace conflicts.
· Ensure consistent product quality, freshness, and presentation in all outlets.
· Conduct regular audits and visits to all outlets to maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
· Ensure all outlets comply with local regulations, including food safety, licensing, and employment laws.
· Reporting of work to senior management.
· Collaborate with other department such as marketing, HR, Accounts
· Assist management to establish and develop operating policies, systems
· Analyse sales reports and implement strategies to improve performance.
· Plan and conduct monthly outlet meeting with target and action plan.
· Set and monitor sales targets for all the outlets
· Ah hoc duties / projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 -2 years of experience at supervisory role in managing in a food sector would be preferred.
- Diploma /Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent or related studies would be preferred.
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a solutions-oriented mindset
