Job Overview:
We are looking for a People-Oriented, Results-Driven Operations Manager to join our team at MCI Career Services.This individual will play a crucial role in enhancing and streamlining our internal business processes, ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and scalable delivery of recruitment services to our candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Process Improvement:
- Develop operational guidelines that standardize best practices on recruitment, client and vendor management, ensuring a positive experience for our candidates, clients and vendors
- Evaluate and refine operational workflows to enhance efficiency and ensure maximum productivity.
2. Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to design, implement, and monitor business strategies that align with organizational objectives
- Oversee and ensure successful execution of strategic initiative
3. Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration:
- Serve as the liaison between the operations, talent acquisition, business development teams, and other departments to ensure alignment towards company goals.
- Address and resolve operational issues promptly and effectively
4. Reporting & Data Driven Decision Making:
- Generate monthly reports and analyze performance of business processes to provide actionable insights to improve resource utilization and operational efficiency
5. Cost-Control
- Manage annual expenses, ensuring expenditures are kept within planned annual budget.
- Track actual sales performance against targets and identify opportunities for revenue growth and enhance profitability through cost-control measures
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in an operations management role
- A proven track record of driving business process improvements and operational excellence, with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- People-oriented with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
