Responsibilities:

• Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
• Update inventory records
• Purchase supplies according to approved specifications
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery of suppliers
• Coordinate with outlets on stock supplies and demands, ensure timely delivery to outlets.
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
• Ensure quality control following the Company’s policies and standard protocols of supply chain management
• Coordinate well with Procurement and Logistics Team

Job description

The Personnel shall be competent to perform the following:

1. Maintain cleanliness in assigned rooms.

2. Locking all rooms at the end of the day

3. Perform traffic duty at respective school gates as assigned

Operation – Voyage instruction and agent nomination, hire payment, routing, contract management, laytime settlement, monitoring vessel’s movement. Fueling.

Daily reporting vessel’s itinerary to customer. Settlement of balance with ship owner and cargo charterer.

Job Description

• Design, develop and implement the specific goals, policies and strategies for the department to achieve and maintain high standards, quality and maximum profitability for department
• Manages day-to-day operations, drives quality, and verifies standards are meeting the expectations of the customers on a daily basis.
• Establish F&B outlets for the Hotel, including the food, beverage and service offers at the Hotel in the form of menus, recipes, entertainment programme and price lists
• Provide leadership decisions to ensure the timely, correct, safe, effective and efficient purchase (or request), set-up, storage, maintenance and use of all resources, programmes and systems (e.g., manning, furniture, fixtures, equipment, records, customer and competitor information and database) used by the department such that the brand promise is kept and that the Hotel’s policies and procedures are adhered to
