About This Role:-

The Operations Analyst will build strong and collaborative relationships with internal business partners to support new members’ onboarding journey into AsiaNext, conduct onboarding screening check, schedule periodic customer due diligence review as well as trigger review on positive alert hit from daily AML sanction and database screening.

OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT

• Oversee the daily operations of at least 2 brands
• Maintain and improve the overall performance of the brands on a regular basis including cost analysis and monitoring of processes
• Supervise food and operational safety to ensure a comfortable environment for restaurant patrons
• Drive operational efficiencies across outlet by providing operational leadership in support of the organization’s service culture and maximize customer satisfaction
• Establish operational procedures and standards to ensure service quality and ensure full compliance to the organisation’s SOPs, policies and service standards
• Maintain product and service quality standards by conducting ongoing evaluations, investigating complaints, and initiating corrective actions
• Manage supervise and groom a team of area managers, restaurant managers, supervisors and service staff to ensure maximum utilization of manpower allocated
• Any other jobs or duties assigned by the General Manager, Operations from time to time.

Job Scope:

• Arranging logistics and sample delivery: Ensuring that samples are delivered to clients or project sites on time and securely to meet client requirements.
• Furniture placement at project sites: Assisting with accurately positioning and placing furniture at project sites according to client requests or project designs.
• Managing installation workers: Coordinating the tasks of the installation team, including task allocation, progress monitoring, and quality inspection, to ensure a smooth installation process.
• Managing logistics and delivery schedules: Planning delivery timelines effectively and communicating with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and avoid delays impacting project progress.
• Handling partner orders: Processing and managing orders from partners efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
• Managing and updating products: Overseeing product inventory, updating product information, and ensuring the availability and accuracy of product details.

• Degree/Diploma, preferably business administration or communications studies 
• 2 years of relevant experience

• Prior experience in the F&B industry preferred

• Assist Operation Manager in various projects, coordinate, execute the general cleaning process and cleaning logistics
• Perform Risk Assessment at site.

Responsibilities

• Capable of handling full range of fund accounting services on funds, including preparation of the Net Asset Value (NAV), cash and position reconciliation, review of corporate actions, validation of security pricing
• Able to check accuracy of fund administration services on funds and investors in compliance with the company’s service model and policies, liaising with, brokers, custodians and auditors

• Play active role in client on-boarding, account opening process with verification of documents sourced from different parties and to have it verified and aligned towards company’s policies and procedures.
• Maintain and remediate investor details in a centralised database and calculate trail fees based on the distributor agreements.
• Supporting the company’s anti-money laundering (AML) framework in place and working closely with various parties involved, investor, Fund admin, Transfer Agent to ensure compliance with the AML framework.

• Demonstrate ownership of assigned work and ensure timely completion, in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, banking or finance related field
• Ideally 1 year of experience in fund administration, audit or similar role
• Intermediate to advance Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, VBA Word, Outlook).
• Understanding of securities such as equities, bonds, forwards, futures, options preferred
• Ability to work well independently as well as within a team framework.
• Be enthusiastic and eager to learn, self-starter.
• Strong work ethic with positive attitude
• Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision to meet deadlines
