Job Responsibilities:

The Senior Course Operations Manager is a critical leadership role responsible for managing the operations of all Government Funded courses. This includes ensuring full compliance with Government regulations, policies, and audit requirements. Requirements:
• Experience:
o At least 5 years of experience managing Government funded courses or working within a training provider environment.
o Minimum 3 years of experience with training quality audits such as EduTrust or TPQA.
• Knowledge and Skills:
o Comprehensive understanding of Government funded course claiming systems.
o Proficiency in Training Management Systems (TMS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
o Strong knowledge of compliance and audit standards for funded courses.
• Certifications:
o ACTA/ACLP certification is required.

The Operations Analyst - Telecom will support the Global Carrier Network Operations function

through the analysis of data and trends about quality, cost, and client traffic behaviour of our

SMS and Voice Products. This key-role will help the Vonage API platform, to onboard

You will

● Own part of the Routing table for the Global Carrier Network team (Use/Create insights
