Key Responsibilities:

1. Manpower Management

• Recruit, train, and manage staff for both Baker's Brew retail kiosks and Plain Meredith café, ensuring adequate manpower coverage at all times.
• Develop and implement staff rosters to maximize productivity and operational efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to foster a positive and performance-driven work environment.
• Monitor staff performance, provide constructive feedback, and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Address and resolve any staffing issues, such as absenteeism, disputes, or underperformance, promptly and effectively.

2. Cost Management

• Oversee budgeting and cost control for all operations, ensuring expenses are kept within allocated budgets.
• Monitor food and beverage costs, reducing wastage and implementing cost-saving measures where applicable.
• Manage inventory and procurement processes, ensuring stock levels are maintained without over-ordering.
• Negotiate with suppliers for the best pricing and quality to optimize operational costs.

3. Revenue Growth

• Set and monitor sales targets for the kiosks and café, driving initiatives to achieve and exceed goals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and promotions that drive foot traffic and sales.
• Analyze sales data and customer trends to identify opportunities for increasing revenue.
• Regularly review menu pricing and product offerings to maintain competitiveness while maximizing profit margins.

4. Point-of-Sale (POS) Marketing and Customer Engagement

• Strategically plan and execute in-store promotions and campaigns to enhance the customer experience and drive purchases.
• Ensure kiosks and café are visually appealing, with clear product displays and effective merchandising.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful POS materials and ensure consistent branding.
• Utilize the POS system for tracking sales, inventory, and customer preferences, leveraging data to make informed decisions.

5. Operations and Service Excellence

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring both kiosks and café deliver exceptional service to customers.
• Work closely with chefs to ensure food quality, consistency, and timely delivery of menu items.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Handle customer feedback professionally, resolving complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.

6. Performance Improvement and Reporting

• Regularly analyze operational and financial reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop action plans to address challenges and enhance overall performance.
• Provide regular updates to management on operational status, sales performance, and team progress.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in F&B management, preferably with exposure to retail kiosks and café operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the Operations team in managing the overall operation, maintenance and upkeep of the building
• Responsible for operations budget, administration and management of contracts
• Implement master schedule maintenance program for all M&E systems and services This includes planning, managing and monitoring to ensure that preventive maintenance is carried out to specifications with compliance to regulatory requirements, and to facilitate and execute mall’s upgrading plans accordingly
• Ensure operational issues are identified and rectified promptly
• Set benchmarks for monitoring performance of key contractors, including regular audits, to ensure that expected standards are adhered to

Requirements:
