We're looking for a Marketing Automation and Operations Specialist (6 Months FTC) to join our team in

Singapore as part of our Marketing function.

Your Role: You will be the go-to person for the Money20/20 Asia Marketing team for the delivery and execution of

digital marketing campaigns on Marketo and acts as the key link between the brand and the key functions of the

Ascential Digital Marketing team. This role reports to the Ascential Marketing Automation Manager with a dotted line to

the Operations Marketing Manager and to the Money20/20 Asia Marketing Director.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead the development and execution of the email marketing programs, including audience, program creation,

testing, scheduling and deployment, with ongoing evaluation for continuous improvement.

● Oversee the setup, timely delivery, and specification compliance of creative and digital assets (e.g., emails,

forms, landing pages,) for activation.

● Initiate campaign/program kick-off sessions with internal contributors and stakeholders.

Your Experience

● Marketo expertise is essential, with a Marketo Certification being highly preferred.

● Proficiency in Salesforce is required.

● Extensive, proven experience in digital marketing operations and automation.

● Strong background in building B2B audiences in Marketo, utilizing advanced and complex filters at both the

company and individual levels.

● Expertise in developing templated email programs and scaling activities through targeted audience

The Food & Beverage Operations Manager assists the Senior Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to lead the Food and Beverage operations, by ensuring and maintaining the strategic and tactical positioning as a world class operation. Roles & Responsibilities

Plan, lead and supervise upgrading works, addition and alteration works

Lead a team of supervisors and workers and oversight of manpower for project execution

Ensure designs / drawings meet relevant code and compliance requirements, and good engineering practices

To attend site matters / discussions to resolve technical / site issues and progress matters

Continuing to improve all installation works schedule and quality of work through proper planning of work method, materials procurement and selection, and efficient site management

Monitor and control project schedule, materials delivery and budget etc

As an Engineer under Engineering- Manufacturing System and Automation, you will be tasked to provide operational technical support to drive productivity and product quality with GxP compliance and regulatory requirements. You will also assist to drive/ execute control and automation projects and provide maintenance, backup and restore for IPC and PLCs. In this role, a typical day will include:

· 1st level engineering support for major equipment downtime [24x7 supports]
