Responsibilities

• Perform risk assessments to ensure all measures are taken to prevent injuries or accidents before commencing any work
• Initiate and lead projects relating to cost reduction, efficiency/power, and reliability improvements.
• Work with stakeholders from cross functional teams to establish the project timeline, the execution plan and identify the resources required
• Ensure the timely completion of key milestones as well as delivery of key project indicators.
• Lead in resolving any quality issues and providing timely updates on the progress.
• Perform data analysis to identify opportunity for improvements or support any ongoing investigations

Requirements

• Min Degree in Materials / Chemical Engineering
• Strong knowledge and experience in process integration & development methods
• Knowledge in PFMEA, DFMEA, DOE, Fish-Bone Analysis
• Strong technical analysis competency with the use of analytical tools like JMP, Mini-Tab for troubleshooting and datamining
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and render support to production as and when needed

Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Manager in managing and monitoring day-to-day projects operation
• Ensure proper taking over of in-coming projects from sales department
• Proper preparation (Cost Sheets, Cost-estimates etc) and documentation of individual project upon received work orders
• Manage multiple projects independently and to be familiar with system integration works
• Liaise with Clients, Contractors and Consultants from design stage, project
• Attend to all project related queries and to check drawings to resolve discrepancies during design stage
• Responsible for stakeholder's management which includes attending meetings, coordination discussion, shop drawing preparation, documentation submission and supervision works.
• Ensure proper planning & control of all project/order assigned with approved project schedule updated with events changes
• Preparation of Progressive Claim and other claim related documents to ensure smooth payment transaction between company and all other clients
• To coordinate and establish good relationship with all current and future suppliers for smooth project execution
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma and/or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other Engineering discipline, project management, or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of working experience
• Knowledge in Waste Management and Pneumatic Waste Conveyance System will be an added advantage
