Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in business.
• At least 5 years of experience in a dry-bulk commodities position, preferably metals.
• Strong Knowledge of Letter of credit & UCP600.
• Familiarity with shipping (bulk) and usage of laycan and demurrage, particularly on FOB-CFR
  shipments.
• Proficient understanding of contractual commercial terms and its risks & obligations.
• Proficiency in SAP system (financial module) & Commodities Trading Systems.

To achieve excellence in preventative and reactive maintenance programs incorporating industry best practice, innovative maintenance techniques and statutory and contractual compliance. Oversee the management and control of all plant, mechanical and electrical systems and to co-ordinate remedial action with the Engineering Team in the event of Business Critical failures. To provide leadership and direction to multi skilled Engineering Operations teams made up of directly employed staff and appointed vendors. Major Responsibilities

• Manager the site operations, including effective hiring, motivation, development, training and discipline of the site operation technicians and maintenance teams.

Ideal Experience

• Tertiary qualifications in a mechanical, electrical or operational engineering discipline.
• At least 3 years’ experience in the operation of electrical and mechanical services in Tier III or equivalent data centre or critical facility.
