• Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource or Business Management
• Minimum 3 years of HR Generalist and payroll experience
• Experience working in a Hospitality or F&B industry is advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage construction projects to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
• Develop and manage Profit & Loss (P&L) statements to analyze project profitability.
• Coordinate and liaise with clients, project managers, architects, engineers, and interior designers across various locations in Singapore.
• Conduct regular site visits and meetings to ensure seamless project execution.
• Handle operational challenges and provide strategic solutions to meet project goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management.
• Travel internationally (India, Singapore, Indonesia, etc) as required for project coordination and oversight.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Management:Support the Operations Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and exceptional service.
   Monitor all departments, including kitchen, service, and bar, to maintain smooth coordination and high performance.
   
2. Staff Supervision and Training:Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring staff to deliver excellent service and maintain operational standards.
   Schedule shifts and manage employee performance, ensuring compliance with company policies.
   
3. Customer Experience:Address customer concerns and feedback promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
   Uphold and enhance the restaurant's reputation by maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
   
4. Inventory and Resource Management:Assist in managing inventory levels, including food, beverages, and supplies, to avoid shortages or overstocking.
   Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality ingredients and materials.
   
5. Financial Oversight:Monitor daily financial operations, including cash flow, budgets, and expense management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in restaurant operations or hospitality management.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and operational best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in managing upscale dining establishments.
• Familiarity with Burmese, Thai, and grill-and-bar cuisine operations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1. Factory and Facilities Management

1. Ensure Factory facilities (Fire, Security, Building etc.) in compliance with Agencies regulations / guidelines and company procedures/ standards.
2. Track & follow up on Annual or periodical inspection & license renewal (Fire certificate/ Diesel storage/ Gas storage/ Lift usage).
3. Perform & coordinate routine inspections on maintenance of building facilities/ general facilities hygiene cleanliness to ensure factory operation at optimum levels and environmental compliance.
4. Raise, monitor and coordinate maintenance/ repair work assignments by technicians performing property maintenance works.
5. Ensure and coordinate pest control and housekeeping control measures in the factory are performed in accordance with approved procedures.
6. To ensure and maintain records entry and exit of all (Visitors/ Contractors/ Suppliers/ Vendors / officers from MOM,NEA,AVA,and SCDF).
7. Management of Security Guard on site & Security Company.
8. Provide weekly/monthly report update (Duty Roster /Attendance)
9. Manage and oversee evaluation of warehouse operators and cleaner,to improve their skills and efficiency.

2. Logistic Management

1. Support Logistics on document & inventory management.
2. Ensure Local, Export and Online orders on-time delivery service to customers; ensure follow company SOP.
3. Ensure smooth coordination with warehouse on all orders.
4. Monitor Inventory movement based on Actual sales with Forecast.
5. Authorized override warehouse head to hande warehouse operation whenever necessary
6. Stand-in for staffs in regards to Local , Export and online orders whenever necessary.
7. Any other duties as assigned by the Company from time to time. The Company also reserves the right to transfer you to other section or department and enlarge your job scope if necessary.
