Job scope includes :-

• Making FCL/LCL/RORO bookings with carriers and co-loaders.

• Liaising with overseas agents (e.g. sending pre-alerts, checking rates, etc).

Operations Manager

Description:

-Fluent in Chinese to be able to speak to chinese clients .

- Good Communication skills to handle worker and customers

- Working hours: 8-10 hours a day. 6 days a week, (12pm-10pm)

Qualifications:

- At least 3-4 years in a massage establishment or simialr service trade.

- Fluent in Chinese.

1) Shall ensure the daily operations of various sites assigned and liaise with clients on the requirements

2) Arrange for daily staff deployments to various sites and ensure company does not incur any liquidated damages on the projects

3) Rostering of monthly schedules

4) Coordinate with site in charge on backlog if any

5) Rectify on site issues with workers or clients upon receiving feedback

• Operational Support:

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the investment team to ensure that operational processes to support loan transactions are in place, including but not limited to, payment and receipt of funds, covenant testing, Conditions subsequent, coverage ratio and any other transaction specific conditions are correctly monitored and actioned

• Support the investment team on structuring and due diligence of transactions
• Project task group to select and implement loan management system

Requirements:

• Relevant degree
• At least 5 to 8 years of relevant working experience
• Prior experience in loan operations / fund management / asset management
• Experienced in using loan management software
• Independent, driven and able to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure
• Detailed oriented, hands-on, meticulous and able to multi-task
