Responsibilities
· Provide operations and logistics support for community facilities and programmes.
· Responsible for being primary contact to promoters and liaising with stakeholders to deliver events in the venue.
· Support event day operations functions such as crowd management, logistics, backstage, staffing, security, media and technology.
· Oversee venue logistics including setup of equipment such as tables, chairs, barricades, queue poles, etc. during event day.
· Coordinate with key stakeholders on implementation of venue security measures.
· Manage daily operations tasks such as damage tracker, procurement, inventory stock take etc.
· Provide administrative and operational support to the operations team.
