(v) Cash Flow & Financial Planning:

Create portfolio-level cash flow forecasts, accounting for schedules, material purchases, and labour costs. Monitor expenditures against budgets, adjust plans as necessary, and provide financial updates to the Management Team, highlighting risks. Develop contingency strategies to manage cost overruns effectively.

(vi) Risk Identification & Mitigation:

Identify and monitor portfolio-level risks, such as resource shortages, supply chain and logistics issues and regulatory challenges, and develop comprehensive mitigation strategies and contingency plans. Reporting:
