Conduct regular in-house testing to monitor concrete raw materials and product performance, in accordance with international test standards and specifications
Assist in all measures related to product quality control
Liaise with customers to ensure deliveries are arranged accurately and production targets are meet
Perform quality control works at both batching plants and on site
Educate staff and drivers on the importance of good quality control for concrete
Other ad hoc assignments as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
Entry Level candidates are welcome to apply
Familiar with the fundamentals of concrete properties, admixture technologies and applications
Familiar with SSEN, ACI, ASTM, and BS/ EN standards or specifications for Civil
Engineering and concrete
Proficient in written and spoken English
Able to work independently with a positive attitude to deliver within tight deadlines
Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills

Job Responsibilities
Maintain a high-level perspective while being hands-on in operational planning and execution.
Clinic & Staff Support Service - Respond promptly to clinic operations’ needs, ensuring the efficient operation of support services. Manage equipment requirements, including maintenance and troubleshooting when necessary.
IT Support & Access Management - Troubleshoot technical issues and manage access credentials for various systems.
Knowledge Management and Training – Need to travel to clinics to identify knowledge gaps among clinic staff and provide training solutions. Utilize SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), FAQs, and chatbots to disseminate information and fill knowledge gaps effectively.
Implement Process Automation and Integrations: Zapier, ChatGPT, Chatbot, Plugins, etc.
To provide operational support as required (i.e. Replenishment of office and printing supplies)
Ensure proper filing system and upkept and maintained
Assist and document the stock distribution guided by plans
Liaise with IT & General Admin Group as required
Assist with development and administration of Operational SOP
Assist in general administrative duties and any other ad-hoc assignments from time to time.
Ideal Candidate
Minimum Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities preferably in Business Administration and Health Sciences.
2 years of relevant experience in service/hospitality/healthcare/retail industry, are welcome to apply.
Proficient in English communication and writing.
Ability to read, write, and converse in Chinese will be an added advantage as liaising with our counterparts in China and Chinese customers.
Pleasant personality, impeccable integrity, responsible, responsive, able to work under pressure and independently.
Strong working knowledge of Excel.
Proficient in IT systems.

Collect daily job notifications from the Board’s officers at the start of each work day.
Carry out site survey at customer’s premises in advance of actual meter fixing/removal/replacement works to assess site conditions (for example, no obstruction to meters, valves on water mains are as per plans).
Site survey before meter fixing/removal/replacement job, supervision of contractor’s work
Check and record initial readings on new meters and final readings on old meters, including photographic records
Service Includes taking records of works in progress/completed, ensuring work procedures and safety measures are carried out as specified, reporting any incident promptly, maintaining close contact with PUB officers, managing and tracking the movement of meters including related fittings, supervision of metering works as directed and in accordance with daily check sheets.
Carrying out site visit to check on the meter condition, interviewing customers to establish the facts, taking additional meter readings on site for analysis.
Maintenance of our FactSet Systems: B-One system, and FactSet (SPAR/PA) system.
