You will be responsible for executing projects/activations for clients mainly in supermarkets, roadshows, departmental store or pharmacies. Job will involve sourcing, rostering, training, deploying and handling payrolls of staffs and also liaising with clients on the deployments. Working on weekends is expected.

Job Responsibilities:

This headcount will assume the Operations role at OSPL, with the main scope and responsibilities listed below:

Marine Operations Responsibilities:

1. Lead the Marine Ops Team (MARSIN) to achieve berthing excellence for OOCL services and vessels.
2. Coordinate with HKG MOC on berthing priority for incoming vessels.
3. Handle exceptions and ensure cost-effective and efficient operations.
4. Engage in discussions with strategic vendors (e.g., PSA Terminals).
5. Evaluate marine ops vendors’ performance.
6. Continuously review Ops cost and address unfavorable trends.

EQM Operations Responsibilities:

1. Lead Equipment Ops Team (EQMSIN) in managing depot and EQM inventory at OSPL.
2. Ensure sufficient EQM to support OSPL business.
3. Manage depot and equipment operations effectively.
4. Coordinate with EMC to meet EQM ops KPI targets.
5. Evaluate depot vendors’ performance.
6. Review EQM stock allocation based on depot performance.

In addition to the above dual functions, the Manager or Senior Manager will also be expected to initiate process improvements to align with business and customer requirements.

The Piping Mechanical Engineer reports to the Project Engineering Manager and shall be responsible for technical compliance with all design requirements and coordination with the necessary Client and Subcontractor’s discipline engineering professionals. The lead piping engineer shall ensure that all de-signs comply with the requirements of the Work; that all Work is efficiently and effectively executed in accordance with the criteria, specifications and standards listed in the CONTRACT; and that the designs comply with safe and reasonable standards as accepted within the offshore oil and gas industry. vi) Responsible for cost management so that the materials used for both temporary works and permanent works are not damaged or control the wastage within specified tolerance. Rework or abortive work which has serious time and cost impacts shall be avoided.

vii) Ad-hoc matters as assigned by the PM which is necessary for the execution of the project.
