Role Summary

As a QHSE Engineer / Senior Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring our quality, health, safety, and environmental standards are met. This role offers the opportunity to develop and implement robust QHSE frameworks, ensuring compliance while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support operational excellence and sustainability initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) management systems in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

• Experience in conducting audits, risk assessments, and implementing corrective actions.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Operations Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services, including manpower planning, material management, recruitment, client liaison, and adherence to safety standards. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in computer and Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Manpower Planning: Coordinate and plan daily workforce deployment to various job sites to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency.
• Monthly Material Planning: Oversee the planning and procurement of cleaning materials and supplies to ensure timely availability and cost-effectiveness.
• Recruitment: Manage on-site recruitment processes to ensure the team is staffed with qualified and reliable personnel.
• Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns that arise and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations and standards, conducting regular site inspections and training sessions as needed.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed reports on operational activities, performance metrics, and client feedback using Microsoft Office applications.
• Experienced and willing to work in cleanroom environment

Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the cleaning or facilities management industry.
• Skills:Strong organizational and planning abilities.
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Solely in-charge of operations of all our dialysis centres to enhance the experience and quality of patient care.
• Work closely with management and teammates to ensure smooth running of dialysis centres.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of all hardware and software, equipment and inventory of medical consumables, ensure they meet the quality assurance standards and requirements.
• Vendor management and ensure timely supplies of consumables
• Ensure smooth processes in reviewing and admission of patients.
• Ensure high operational efficiency in the company, troubleshooting of operational facilities
• Participate in quality improvement/management initiatives/projects as well as support in achievement of clinical KPIs.
• Be highly involved in the business and operational expansion plans of the Company
• Prepare and consolidated operational reports for international reporting.
• Oversee and provide guidance of a team of administrative and operational staff
• Additional operational related support as required by the company

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years' experience in a healthcare environment. Experience in bio-medical background would be a great advantage
• Possess strong interpersonal, communications and problem-solving skills
• Able to demonstrate an ability to work independently
• Resourceful, possesses good analytical and organisational skills, strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
• May occasionally be required to work outside office hours due to operational requirements.
• Able to provide strong support for new M&A and business development projects.

• Designing, developing and enhancing electro-mechanical systems and mechatronic devices.
• Creating automated systems and the software to control them.
• Conducting research, documenting findings, and presenting reports at meetings.
• Developing design documents for mechanical parts and final products.
• Identifying areas of weakness in the Equipment and making recommendations for improvement.
• Understanding problems or client briefs and developing solutions that satisfy them.

- 3-5 years’ minimum experience in Infra-structure project more than 200million.

· Site project management.

· Overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet project completion targets.

· Daily site activities planning, preparing work breakdown, daily site operations, site coordination, monitoring and report work progress.

· Work closely with sub-contractors on project progress and ensure timely work arrangements

· Liaise with consultant and carry out site inspection.
