Job Description - Key Responsibilities

Job Description:

· Application & cancellation of relevant operating licenses (Eg. SFA, Liquor, Tobacco)

· Follow up & keep track of licenses & contracts

· Ensure accuracy of licenses’ records in system and proper filing of documentations

· Preparation of contract & drafting letters as required, including renewals

· Use of Navision system to prepare Purchase Requisition (PR), receive Purchase Order (PO), and invoice posting

Job Description:

• Handle all Trade documentations and negotiations (Import and Export)
• Monitoring and ensuring timely receipt, preparation, checking and negotiation of Import & Export Bills, Issuance of Import Letter of Credit, Checking workability of Incoming Export LC, LC confirmations/ Discount Rates, Receiving and Providing LC Amendments, SBLC, Inward/Outward Bills for Collection, Trust Receipt Financing and Discounting of Export Bills. Main Responsibilities

– Check the schedule on a regular basis for arrival times and changes in them
