Job Responsibilities:

• Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related issues, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network connectivity problems for end-users. Resolve technical problems promptly and escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.

• Asset & Inventory Management: Track IT assets, including hardware inventory and software licenses, ensuring records are accurate and equipment is up-to-date.
• End-User Education: Educate employees on IT best practices, such as safe browsing, password management, and basic troubleshooting, to improve overall user experience and reduce support requests.
• Collaboration & Escalation: Work closely with senior network engineers and other IT team members, escalating advanced network or support issues as needed, to maintain a smooth and secure IT environment.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or any related discipline
• Good knowledge of System Administration and Networking

• Oversee the setup, upkeep, and management of servers, networks, and cloud infrastructure.
