We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Operation Executive to join our team at Lau Di Fang Scissors-Cut Curry Rice Pte Ltd. In this full-time role, you will be supporting the Operations Manager, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational tasks within our business, across various outlets in Singapore.

This role requires a strong focus on maintaining high-quality service and food standards, ensuring smooth operational processes, and managing manpower resources effectively. The ideal candidate will be proactive, solution-oriented, and possess excellent communication and leadership skills to ensure the highest level of service is delivered across the outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

(a) Quality Management:

• Ensure that team members at each outlet deliver high-quality food and service in alignment with company guidelines and standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the HQ Corporate office and outlets, ensuring the timely and accurate communication of corporate information to Outlet Managers and team members.
• Review regular Business Reports on a daily and weekly basis, identifying any issues or areas for improvement, and providing recommendations to enhance performance.

(b) Manpower Management:

• Review, adjust, and approve weekly staffing schedules to align with business needs, ensuring adequate coverage for Outlet Supervisors and team members.
• Monitor and manage manpower costs across assigned outlets to ensure alignment with budgetary constraints.
• Resolve employee concerns, conflicts, or performance issues as they arise, providing guidance and support to foster a positive working environment.
• Oversee team hiring and attrition rates to ensure that staffing levels remain adequate and effective, with the ability to recruit and retain top talent for the team.

(c) Crisis Management:

• Develop and implement crisis management strategies to address unforeseen challenges or operational disruptions.
• Act swiftly to resolve issues and minimize operational impact, ensuring business continuity and customer satisfaction.
• Provide support and guidance during critical situations, ensuring the team effectively handles and resolves issues in a timely and efficient manner.

(d) Admin / Purchasing Support:

• Coordinate and manage purchasing activities, ensuring that the outlets are fully stocked with the necessary supplies and equipment.
• Work closely with suppliers to negotiate best prices and terms for goods and services, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the finance department to process purchase orders and ensure proper documentation for budgeting and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and standards, maintaining accurate records of all purchases and transactions.
• Other admin duties as assigned by management.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience (at least a year) in leadership, quality management, purchasing, and crisis management within the F&B industry.
• Strong administrative skills with proficiency in data entry, inventory management, and report preparation.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively between the corporate office and the outlet team.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed to meet operational demands.
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin. Additional languages will be high advantageous.

Qualifications:
