General Overview

This position is part of the site Mechanical team that provides technical/maintenance support to the Operation and Project teams in LNG Terminal. Duties of Operations Manager:

• Conduct morning briefings and updates, and the delegation of duties to Team Leaders
• Provide budgetary updates to the Finance Department
• Oversee the timely preparation of monthly schedules, i.e. standby, night service
• Oversee and follow-up on the consolidation of feedback from the respective teams as well as families and clients, reviewing the feedback/ complaints received whenever necessary
• Oversee quality control matters pertaining to standards, rituals and customs
