Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management:Receive and inspect incoming products for quality and accuracy.
   Accurately record inventory levels, ensuring stock is logged into the system in a timely manner.
   Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or low inventory to the Operations Manager.
   Organize and maintain the warehouse to ensure optimal space utilization and inventory accessibility.

2. Order Fulfillment:Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications.

   Label, package, and prepare products for shipment, ensuring packaging is secure and compliant with shipping guidelines.
   Coordinate with shipping carriers for timely dispatch and delivery.
   
3. Shipping and Receiving:Handle the receipt and unloading of shipments, verifying the accuracy of received products against purchase orders.
   Ensure products are properly stored and protected to maintain quality.
   Prepare and label packages for outgoing shipments, ensuring all paperwork and shipping labels are correct.
   Track and manage shipments to ensure timely deliveries.
   
4. Warehouse Organization:Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
   Perform regular safety checks to ensure that equipment and processes adhere to safety standards.
   Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other tools, safely and effectively.
   Assist in maintaining the warehouse layout for optimal workflow and efficiency.
   
5. Quality Control:Inspect products for any damages, defects, or inconsistencies, and report issues to the Operations Manager.
   Ensure that all products meet company standards for quality and packaging before being shipped.
   
6. Customer Service Support:Assist with addressing customer queries related to shipping, delivery, and product availability as needed.
   Support returns and exchanges by following the company's returns process and ensuring items are restocked or disposed of appropriately.
   
7. Collaboration & Communication:Work closely with other teams, including Customer Service, Sales, and Product Development, to ensure the smooth flow of goods.
   Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding inventory levels, order status, and potential issues.
   

Responsibilities:

• Act as a media between treasury and bank line in funds arrangement and L/C document preparation, discounting, etc
• Work closely with relevant party, i.e. Traders and Shanghai Team, etc, to ensure the trading flow and process smoothly
• Handle document operation for shipments
• Promptly perform data entries into system on trade information
• Assist China colleagues on documentary submission to bank for negotiations
• Solve issues relating to clients post deal confirmation till finalization of shipment
• Support senior operation in handling sea or land logistics booking, co-ordination and payment checks.
