Job Responsibilities:

· Supervising a team of cleaning crew in carrying out day to day cleaning activities at the client's premises

· Maintain records of all equipment and inventory in the cleaning store

· Monitoring all cleaning activities

· Actively following up on the periodic schedules and requests of the clients

· Assigning of duties or any ad-hoc cleaning task to the crew

· Deployment of staff and ensuring staff clock in and out of the system

About the Client:

Responsibilities:

• Oversight on daily General Ledger Operations, in the areas of GL controls, monitoring and reconciliations.
• Maintenance of COA from a General Ledger & Control perspective for new accounts creation.
• Perform monitoring and checks to identify and escalate any risk and control issues, to ensure they are adequately addressed and resolved promptly.
• Support external/internal audit requests and update internal documentations/SOPs.
• Perform data analysis on the General Ledger.
• Understand end to end processes and constantly challenge status quo for continuous improvements of control and efficiency.

Requirement:

• A recognized university diploma / degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or its equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in accounting with General Ledgers controls.
• Experience in business intelligence and reporting tools such as Power BI and QlikView
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to deliver presentations to senior management.
