About Job Position:
Forming part of our key Heads of Department we are now searching for an Assistant General Manager to join and lead our venue’s front of house team, on a day-to-day basis. The right applicant will possess an innate sense of sophisticated hospitality (displayed consistently on the floor) with a thirst for developing world-class service standards and general guest focussed dedication.
At ease when conversing with our patrons and revered return clientele, we want a special individual who has a proactive approach to identifying pain points in existing service sequences / policies and is not afraid to suggest and implement considered improvements. However they must also humble enough to truly appreciate and respect current systems and be able to stand up within a high-touch service environment that is layered upon significant daily volume of guests, over the distinct operational segments of Lunch / Afternoon Tea / Dinner / Late Night drinks.
Make no mistake, this role will lead our service team by example setting the standards for both execution and strategic day to day planning of resources. Most importantly though, we require a candidate to grow and develop themselves and others in the world of gin and hospitality!
