Summary

Support the Restaurant Manager in all aspects of the outlet(s) daily operations with a goal of providing a high quality experience to guests.

Job Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and greet our customers to the outlet
• Will learn to possess good product knowledge and be well-versed in all menu items served
• Confidently present the menu and propose / upsell different food & beverage choices to our customers
• Place orders through the point-of-sale (POS) system and help serve orders to the tables accurately
• Assist in clearing and resetting of tables according to hygiene standards and requirements
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness for the service station
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management relating to the service and cleanliness of the restaurant
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards.
• Handle guests' feedback promptly.
• Attend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management.
• Perform other duties as directed by the management.

Job Description & Requirements

• Oversee entire retail operations such as sales, manpower, inventory, store planning and maintenance and weekly reporting of sales achievement.
• Ensure the company's policies and standards are implemented and executed.
• Formulate strategies and plan monthly sales forecast to meet business targets to achieve good profitability and opportunities for growth.
• P&L responsibility and budget management
• Identifying the right store location for the business set up.

The Successful Applicant

In order to be successful in the role, you should have:

• At least 5 years of experience in retail operations or general management within the F&B retail/QSR industry.
• Entrepreneur mindset and great people management skills
• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Able to work under time pressure, motivated, good working attitude and strong customer management skills

Recruit, guide, train, monitor and terminate assigned employees as required.

Recommend effective solutions specified particular weight related to employment status of employees.

Schedule, assign, plan and supervise electrical shop personnel performance on different electrical projects.
