   Ensure the company adheres to quality standards and regulatory requirements for all projects.
   
6. Business Development & Growth:Identify new business opportunities and lead efforts to expand the company’s project portfolio.
   Work with the marketing team to identify and bid on new projects.
   Oversee the negotiation of contracts and agreements with clients and subcontractors.
   
7. Team Development & HR:Lead recruitment, training, and development programs to ensure the company has skilled personnel to execute projects successfully.

Key Requirements:

1. Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
   Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role such as Project Manager, Operations Manager, or similar.
   Strong background in managing large-scale construction projects, including budgeting, procurement, scheduling, and resource management.

   Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and quality assurance procedures.

• Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Must be able to follow all health and safety regulations
• Ad-hoc tasks as given by superior

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations
• Inspect and evaluate the work of cleaning staff to ensure that high standards of cleanliness are maintained
• Train and develop cleaning staff to ensure that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Following safety protocols, managing cleaning supplies, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness are met.
• Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, including residential and commercial properties

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a cleaning supervisor or similar role
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team of cleaners
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning

· Working hours: Mon-Fri (8am to 5pm), Sat (8am to 12pm)

Responsibilities:

• Following safety protocols, managing cleaning supplies, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness are met.
• Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, including residential and commercial properties
• Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming and mopping surfaces of work area
• Refilling and restocking cleaning supplies and toiletries (hand wash, toilet paper, paper towels)
• Maintaining cleaning products
• Taking out the garbage
• Carrying out minor maintenance tasks such as replacing displaced toilet seats, unclogging sinks

Requirements:

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning
