JOB DESCRIPTION
-Contact current customers and receive forecasts, orders and production schedules.
-Contact factories in Japan, China and Thailand to place orders, coordinate shipping schedules and manage logistics/delivery to support customer production.
-Conduct marketing for this region and visit potential customers to develop new customers and sales of electrical components, especially thermistor sensors.
-Submit sales reports and attend weekly meetings with head office to report on sales progress.
-Develop marketing strategies and plan monthly, annual and mid-term sales budgets (KPIs).
REQUIREMENTS
-Over 10 years of experience in sales of electrical components and over 5 years of experience and sales of thermistor sensor.
-To have business fluent Japanese, Mandarin and English language skills to hold technical discussion, obtain technical documents and quotations and translate them into appropriate languages with factories in Japan and China.
-Strong strategic thinking, decision-making ability
-Bachelor's degree or above
