The cleaner will be responsible for:

• All basic cleaning in and around the centre.
• Cleans floors and rooms. Including mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
• Cleans restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals.
• Wash cutlery after meals
• Vacuums and empties trash.
• Sets up, stocks, and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Monitors and maintains sanitation.
• Transports trash to correct area to be disposed.
• Performs additional duties as needed.

Job Overview

The person is responsible for providing legal advice to the senior leadership of Stamford Land Corporation Ltd and Singapore Shipping Corporation Limited, both listed on SGX, and is expected to lead, guide and manage a team of legal professionals, delivering such advice on all legal matters within the respective Groups.

Job Responsibilities

• Providing comprehensive and practical advice on all transactional and legal matters across the Groups.
• Responsible for the management and the successful execution of all transactional matters across the Group.
• Negotiating, reviewing and drafting a broad range of contracts and other legal documents.
• Managing external lawyers on development projects and major transactions.
• Managing all litigation and dispute resolution matters.

Job Requirements

• A recognized law degree with at least 10 years PQE. Real estate, hospitality and litigation experience would be an added advantage.
• Called to the Singapore bar or any common law jurisdiction.
• Experience in managing a team of legal professionals
• Working knowledge of the SGX rules and corporate governance matters.

Key Responsibilities

· Check the station(s) to ensure that the necessary supplies are adequate.

· Prepare F&B service environment.

· Check all the function rooms daily before the opening hours to ensure that they are ready for business.

· Welcome the guests and usher them to available tables.

· Take order and repeat the order to the guests for confirmation.

· Help the guests to place the napkins on their laps before serving.

· Check the order to ensure no order is being left out, and be sensitive to the timing of serving.

· Clear the dishes after each course with the permission of the guests.

· Attend to requests raised by the guests from time to time.

· Check the bill to ensure it is correct before presenting it to the guest and mention the charge.

· Confirm the change with the cashier before returning it to the guests.

· Say thank you as the guests leave.

· Assist in the services at other stations or locations when the need arises.

· Carry out any other duties assigned by the Management Staff.

Key Requirements:

· Minimum N level, NITEC in Food & Beverage Operations preferred.

· Able to perform shift work including weekends and public holidays.
